__Meet The Team__

Leila Guerra- Executive Director, Early Career Programmes (MiM, Global MiM, MFA)
Leila provides the strategic direction, oversight and leadership of the Early Career programmes, while also managing Recruitment and Admissions. Leila builds on the Programmes’ strategy for growth and refines the Programmes’ architecture. She is a member of the School’s Management Committee, as well as the Diversity Working group and the Leadership team within Degree Education and leads the MiM Team to ensure the delivery of an excellent Programme experience. Leila previously worked at IE Business School in Madrid, where she was Executive Director and Director of Innovation and Development. She has co-designed new structures for master’s programmes in management and finance which now rank in top 10 Financial Times listings, as well as creating new business opportunities and international partnerships. She holds an Msc in International Business and an Executive MBA from IE Business School. Mother of 2 kids + a cat and a dog, proud of being from Spain and on her way to joining the Travellers Century Club (53 countries visited, 47 to go).

Fiona Lennoxsmith-Programme Director
​
Fiona leads the team and works across the School to ensure the delivery of the curriculum and programme experience as well as developing programme enhancements and contributing to programme strategy. She works closely with our partners at Fudan to support the Global MiM. Fiona will meet with your class representatives regularly to ensure that we are meeting your expectations, and welcomes discussion and feedback from you at the programme office lunches, and is available to meet on a 1:1 basis when necessary. Fiona has worked at London Business School for 17 years and prior to MiM, she worked on the Sloan Fellowship and on the Executive MBA. She joined the MiM when it was launched and developed many of the experiential features that you will participate in over the year. Fiona has an MA in Literature as well as a postgraduate diploma in psychology. She is currently writing up her dissertation for a part time MA in Consulting and Leading in Organisations at the Tavistock Centre and spends any spare time with her family, ideally outside.

Wei Wells- Senior Programme Manager
​
Wei is responsible for leading the Programme Management Team in the operational planning and delivery of the programme. She works closely with the team and Programme Director to develop new initiatives that will enhance the overall programme experience and supporting students through their MiM journey. Wei has worked at London Business School for almost 5 years and prior to the MiM, she was a Programme Manager for the MBA. Wei is originally from China and came to the UK for education 16 years ago. When not at work, she enjoys traveling with her family and Karate.

Kelly Dippenaar- Programme Manager
​
Kelly is responsible for stream management and general student support. Along with the management of student events Kelly also oversees the Communications plan, the organisation of Business Immersion Week, and the operational planning for the Global Immersion Field Trips. Kelly loves a good spreadsheet and enjoys planning the various programme elements, but also loves working with the students and supporting them through their MiM experience. Kelly is American and has sporadically lived in London a total of 6 years - originally moving overseas to complete two Master’s Degrees in Marketing and Media Communication. She has been at London Business School for two years, originally working with faculty in the Economics department prior to joining the MiM team last September. Kelly loves to travel and be active. She plays in a semi-competitive softball league in the spring/summer and runs year round. You’ll often find her leaving campus with her gear on and headphones in off for a run home!

Gloria Nsubuga- Programme Manager
​
Gloria is responsible for Academic Management and student’s Operational Management, Global Immersion Field Trips and is one of the Stream Managers. Prior to joining the MiM Team, Gloria was a part of the Customer Experience Team within the Executive Education department at London Business School and previous to that worked with Faculty in the Management Science and Operations Department; giving her a broad experience in the student/participant experience. She has a BSc in International Business and in her spare time enjoys looking into various entrepreneurial ideas as well as working as part of a team that engages young people in inner city London.

Monika Zay- Programme Manager
​
Monika is responsible for planning and implementing the Personal Development Programme, management of courses, languages, mentoring as well as designing and delivering Foundations. She is also in charge of organising Congregation, the Mentoring Event, Closing Day and the 3 year Alumni dinner as well as looking after the GMiM group. Previous to working in the MiM Team, Monika has had 7 years’ experience of working at the London Business School in Programme Administration, Space Planning and has an in depth knowledge of the School and its departments. She is originally from Hungary with a degree in Marketing Management and Business Management. She enjoys sports and is a keen lover of film and travel.

Fára Courtney- Programme Administrator
​
Fára is responsible for dealing with enquires from students, running the Business and Communication Skills courses alongside Monika, organising various student events such as the monthly Programme Office lunches, assisting with the Global Immersion Field Trips and alongside Lucie, she is responsible for general administrative tasks. Fára studied an International Law degree during which she spent three years studying in Dublin and one year on exchange in the University of Queensland in Brisbane. She has a particular interest in Medical Law and studied a Masters in it in London. Fára is from Ireland and is a fluent Irish speaker. She really enjoys travelling. Her other interests include fashion, tennis, water sports, reading and playing the piano.

Aisha Diallo – Programme Administrator, Temp (until September)
Aisha has recently joined the team temporarily until mid-September and is responsible for assisting with all programme related administration duties.
​
She is a recent graduate of Business Administration and Marketing from London South Bank University, where she also worked as a Student Advisor, for over 11months. She has extensive experience in administration and customer services gained in different fields of the business industry. She was born in Guinea Conakry, a French speaking country in West Africa, and later moved to the U.K. She enjoys going to the gym, sightseeing, spending time with friends and family, reading, shopping, travelling and learning new things.

Jagruti Patel – Programme Administrator, Part-Time (until September)
​
Jagruti has worked with different teams in LBS over the last 3 years. Prior to joining LBS, her career in the main was in the field of Human Resources; she has also held Personal Assistant positions and Community Development Officer roles with charity organisations.
Jagruti enjoys being part of a community, working to support good causes. Outside LBS, her main interests include working with charity organisations and supporting the work they do with members of local communities as well as organisations; she enjoys reading for learning and growing – particularly in the area of philosophy and holistic living. Jagruti is currently working with family and friends to look at how we can best promote and support academic and social education for children – particularly girls in rural parts of the state of Gujarat, India.

Eliza Badoi- Programme Administrator (maternity leave until September)
Eliza is responsible for responding to daily enquiries from students, assisting with the organisations of students events and general administration tasks related to the Programme. Eliza has 7 years’ experience in Hospitality Industry and has recently graduated from University of Westminster with a First Class degree in Tourism & Planning while maintaining a full time job. She is originally from Romania and enjoys walks and discovering new places, cooking and travel. Cuba is her favourite country she visited so far.
